A straightforward website for a small business

If you need customers to understand your services, see your work and contact you, start here. We design and build a brochure website of up to five pages. A typical scope could be Home, About, Services, Work and Contact; the final page list is agreed before we start.

The site has mobile-friendly layouts, clear navigation and agreed enquiry routes. Hosting is included during the subscription, in an account your business owns. You can use an existing domain that you control, or arrange a new one; domain registration and renewal costs are separate.

What we agree before building

Your written scope sets the page list, functionality, design review rounds, content responsibilities and included hosting plan. You supply approved business information, branding and images, or agree separately priced help with content. Delivery dates depend on that scope and the content, access and approvals needed.

This package covers a brochure website. Ecommerce, payment systems, custom booking software, extensive integrations, ongoing content changes and unlimited revisions are outside the standard scope. We confirm any extra cost before doing extra work.

Website only, with a clear upgrade path

The website is built with crawlable pages, descriptive page titles and mobile-friendly layouts. The £99 subscription does not include monthly SEO work, Google Business Profile optimisation, keyword monitoring or social posting.

Six-month minimum, then clear ownership

The price is £99 per month, with no setup fee for the agreed standard scope and a six-month minimum term: £594 minimum total. Your agreement records billing dates, notice, continuation and handover arrangements before you sign.

When you end the service after completing the minimum term and paying the agreed fees, you keep the website and your accounts. The included hosting contribution ends, and you take over provider costs. Third-party assets remain subject to their licences. Read the Website Essentials scope and terms.
