Monthly Package Scope & Terms
Updated: 7 November 2026. These scope notes cover Website Essentials and Website, SEO & Social. The £199 Small Business Growth package has its own terms. Your written agreement records the specific deliverables and operational arrangements before work starts.
Website Essentials
£99/month, six-month minimum term, £594 minimum total. No setup fee for the agreed standard scope.
Included: design and development of a mobile-friendly brochure website of up to five pages, agreed enquiry routes, and hosting during the subscription. The proposal records the page list, functionality, content responsibilities, review rounds, hosting plan and capacity, and delivery dependencies.
Ongoing SEO, Google Business Profile management, social posting, ecommerce, custom applications, extensive integrations and ongoing content changes are outside this package. Additional work and third-party costs need an agreed price before work starts. The £199 package’s 90-day SEO commitment does not apply to this website-only service.
Website, SEO & Social
£299/month, six-month minimum term, £1,794 minimum total. No setup fee for the agreed standard scope.
Includes the website, hosting, focused monthly SEO, eligible Google Business Profile work and reporting described in the Small Business Growth scope, plus four social posts per month, each shared to Facebook and Instagram. Four content pieces are distributed to both channels; eight distinct posts are not included.
Social work covers an agreed topic plan, captions, simple graphics using approved assets, and scheduling approved content. You supply accurate information, assets you have permission to use, account access and approvals. Your written plan records review rounds, approval deadlines and how delays or missing dependencies are handled.
Paid ads, advertising spend, inbox or comment management, community moderation, daily posting, video and reels production, photography, influencer work and extra channels require separate scope and pricing.
The existing 90-day SEO delivery commitment and capped corrective allowance apply to the agreed SEO workload only. They do not guarantee rankings, traffic, followers, engagement, enquiries or sales, and do not create an additional social delivery remedy.
Hosting, accounts and third-party costs
Domain and hosting accounts remain in your business’s name. Hosting is included during the subscription on the plan specified in your proposal. Domain registration and renewal, licences, provider upgrades and other costs outside the included plan are itemised separately. No unlimited storage, specific backup schedule or uptime guarantee is advertised by these packages.
Minimum term, cancellation and ownership
Billing dates, notice, continuation after the six-month minimum, early termination and handover arrangements are recorded in your agreement before you sign. No particular marketing result is promised within six months.
When the service ends after you complete the minimum term and pay the agreed fees, you keep the website. Third-party assets and software remain subject to their licences. The hosting contribution and ongoing services end with the subscription, and you take over provider costs. Account access and handover are documented in your agreement.
