What do you actually do?
We build websites and get them found in search. In practice that means three kinds of work: designing and building the site, improving how it performs in organic search and paid ads, and producing the content and measurement that keep it working. Nine services in total, but they answer to those three jobs.
How do you use AI in the work?
For research, first drafts, and finding patterns in data faster than a person can. What we do not do is publish unreviewed machine output — every page and recommendation is checked by a person before it reaches you. AI is a speed advantage in the parts of the process where speed is safe, not a replacement for knowing your market.
How long before I see results?
For SEO, usually four to twelve months depending on your starting point, your competition, and how much is technically broken. Paid search can produce enquiries in days but stops the moment you stop paying. Anyone giving you a date rather than a range is guessing.
Do you guarantee first-page rankings?
No, and neither can anyone else. Search engines do not sell positions in organic results, so a guarantee is either a misunderstanding of the product or a misrepresentation of it. What we commit to is a defined scope, work you can see, and reporting that shows what moved and what did not.
How does an engagement start?
With finding out what is actually wrong, which is often not what the enquiry says. We look at the site, its search visibility and its tracking, then come back with what we would do first and why. If the work you are asking for will not move the number you care about, we will say so before invoicing rather than after.
How much does it cost?
It depends on scope, but we publish starting points rather than make you ask: websites are priced per project and ongoing search work per month — the current figures are on the pricing page. Beyond that, a small fixed piece of work is often a better starting point than a retainer. Tell us what you are trying to achieve and we will be specific.
